I came across this post by Buzzfeed, which you can find here on what a person can expect when they make the transition to a healthy (healthier?) diet. I must say that I agree with every single one of the reasons! Although, I'm still trying to focus on drinking water way more frequently throughout the day.. It's always a work in progress!
